As an independent asset manager we specialise in property asset management for private and institutional investors. From our offices in Manchester, London & Zurich, we serve a wide range of clients with predominantly commercial assets, but also residential, across the UK & Switzerland.

From acquisition through to structure management, we deliver a versatile range of services that optimise property performance, keeping clients’ investments secure, whilst pro-actively seeking opportunities for income and portfolio development on an ongoing basis.

Our dynamic and experienced team of specialists works hand in hand with an extensive network of highly qualified partners to manage approximately 80 properties valued at more than €1.4 billion. We develop bespoke solutions which recognise our clients' diverse range of property assets and tenant mixes.

Our Services

From property acquisition to property sale - and everything in between.

Acquisition

We identify client investment objectives and relevant assets, establish an appropriate corporate structure, introduce potential funders, and manage the legal process from Heads of Terms to completion.

Asset Management

We identify value enhancing opportunities within a portfolio, optimise property performance, regularly visit sites and report back to investors. We develop strategies for distressed property assets.

Property Management

We manage rental and service charge income and reconciliations, find tenants, negotiate terms and perform rent reviews. We manage capital expenditure and repair programmes, suppliers and utility service contracts.

Structure Management

We manage funding, investor and other key relationships, identify corporate finance issues, recommend and implement tax efficient holdings structures, and co-ordinate financial accounting and tax compliance.

Property Financial Management

We handle tax compliance, perform property level accounting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS reporting and perform bank financial covenant monitoring.

Consulting

We evaluate existing properties and investment opportunities, provide management reviews, cost analyses, marketing and value add strategies and recommendations for cost optimisation.
